Teachers' Day Celebrations, 2017.

The Indian School celebrated Teachers' Day on 4th September, 2017. Students of class 12 presented a memorable show for their teachers in their final act, as it were.

The programme started at 10:30 am in the auditorium which was beautifully decorated with flowers and colourful balloons. There were several performances by the students that included dance, skits and music.

The children welcomed the teachers with the tilak. There were two dance performances in which several students took part. The songs selected were very catchy and got the teachers taping too! The students had strung together numerous clips of stills and video of memories made through the years which will tightly bind them to their dear teachers lifelong. The teachers were overwhelmed.

The students then performed a role play of a teacher reminiscing the early days of her teacher career. It was beautifully written and enacted and many an eye was moist by the time it ended. All the teachers loved it.
