Top honours at CBSE Judo Competition

The CBSE Judo Competition 2019 was held at Lilawati Vidya Mandir Public School, Shakti Nagar from 4 - 7 October 2019. Around 150 schools participated with participants in the age group of 11 to 17 years. Gautam Gambhir, MP graced the occasion as chief guest. He motivated the players with his inspiring speech. The host school offered remarkable hospitality and was very helpful through our stay.

Perseverance and tenacity are the pillars of success. When these are combined with dedication, the result is outstanding. It was a proud moment for us when Navya Rathee of 8-C won the gold medal and Priyanshi Sharma of 5-C bagged the silver medal at the competition.

The other participants were Sehajnoor Kaur (10E), Parth Tara (8D), Yatharth Verma (7D), Aditya Sharma (5C) and Gundeep Singh (5B).
