Top honours at inter school Interdisciplinary Arts Conclave
The Indian School took part in the Inter School Interdisciplinary Arts Conclave held at Sarala Birla School, Ranchi, from 28 to 30 June 2024. The event featured a diverse array of competitions aimed at challenging the participants from 34 schools. The events included Quiz, Drama, Dance-Frames, and Dance-Torque.
Unnati Mishra (XII) and Aarav Bansal (X) represented The Indian School in the Quiz, demonstrating their aptitude in a challenging intellectual competition. In Drama, Unnati Mishra, Disha Verma (X), and Ishita Kapoor (X) displayed their creative talents. Ashmin Malhotra (XI) and Deepanshi Moitra (XI) participated in Frames, a dance video-making competition, while Ashmin Malhotra, Deepanshi Moitra, and Navya Malhotra (X) engaged in the torque-integrated dance dialogue.
The Indian School achieved notable success across several categories at the conclave. The School earned the "Critic's Choice" award in Drama, secured the Second Position in "Frames," and attained the Third Position in the "Torque Integrated Dance Dialogue." In the Music competition, Navedya (VII) was named "Best Performer". Additionally, The Indian School was recognised with the "Best Documentary" award in Art Installation and received the “Critic’s Choice” accolade for Creative Writing. In the overall delegation standings, The Indian School distinguished itself by clinching the First Position. (Details of prizes are mentioned in the Achievements Column.)
