Top honours at inter school tech competition

On 18 July 2026, students of The Indian School brought laurels to their School with an exceptional performance at “Tech Spectrum 2026”, an inter-school technology fest hosted by Gyan Bharati School. The event provided young innovators with a platform to showcase their creativity, technological expertise, and problem-solving abilities through a series of exciting competitions focused on innovation and future-ready solutions.

In the App Xcelerate competition, Pragun Bhola (XI A) and Anugrah Massey (XI A) secured the First Prize for their project, “CityOS”, an AI-powered smart city application designed to promote sustainable urban living. The app integrates Artificial Intelligence, GIS, and real-time data to improve city management, enhance public services, and encourage environmentally responsible development. Adding to the School's success, Aryan Sehgal (X A) and Arnavjeet Singh (X A) won the First Prize in the “Innovation Showdown” for their project, “NeuroFront”. Their innovative wearable health monitoring device is designed to detect abnormal heart activity in real time, enabling early diagnosis and timely medical intervention. The project impressed the judges with its practical application, technological innovation, and potential to improve healthcare outcomes.

The School success continued in the “Minecraft Odyssey” competition, where Udyan Goel (VIII C) and Arnav Mani Pathak (VII B) were awarded Second Prize for their imaginative and educational Minecraft project. Their entry showcased creativity, cooperation, and effective use of Minecraft Education Edition to present an engaging learning experience.
