Top honours at UTKRANTI 2022, an inter school commerce competition

The students of our School participated in 'Utkranti', The Heritage Commerce League, an inter- school competition hosted by The Heritage School, Rohini on 18 August 2022.

Shamit Sharma, Saurabh Gupta and Maanya Arora, XI C, participated in the event, 'Pracheen Yug Naveen Look' and were named 'Market Conquerors'. The event consisted of three rounds. The first two included making a presentation while the third event was a surprise one, where the students had to compose an advertisement for a brand. The students chose the brand, 'Ambassador' and reintroduced it in a novel way.

Dhruv Rahi and Dhruv Pandey, XI C, participated in 'Dare to Develop', an event where participants were to pitch a business plan. There were two qualifying rounds followed by a surprise event in which the students had to present how their business plan would look like in 2060!

Aditya Prasad Sahu and Manya Narang , XII-C, participated in the event, 'Stock Bazaar' and bagged the First Prize and were named Big Bull.The event consisted of 2 rounds. The first round included investing in companies and bidding on stocks with 15 other teams while the second round included bidding on stocks digitally.

Anthariksh Nair, XI-B and Devansh Mukhopadhyay, XII-C, participated in 'Jung-e-Vivad', a debate that involved the participants showcasing their debating skills. It had three qualifying rounds- a group discussion, a parliamentary debate and extempore speaking.Anthariksh Nair was declared 'Extempore Extraordinaire'.

Huma Saifi and Tanvi Somvanshi, XII-D, were named 'the Captivators' in 'Artistic Eye', an art event for the budding painters.
