Workshop for senior students on higher education abroad

A workshop on Education Abroad was conducted on 22 May 2019 in the School auditorium for students of classes XI and XII. The workshop was conducted by Times NIE in association with Pratham Education. The resource persons, Messrs Rituraj Goswamy and Rohit spoke about the various universities where students can pursue a career of their choice after completing their high school. They talked about the step-wise procedure of applying to a university abroad. They spoke of the different universities, their world rankings, courses offered and the cost involved.

The students showed great interest as they raised their concerns during the workshop and after it. Rohit shared information on options available to students in the country. He spoke about upcoming courses in the fie lds of education and prospects in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Environmental Sciences, Psychology etc.

Mr Goswamy patiently answered the students queries and tried his best to lay down the possible options before them keeping in mind their preferences and budget. The workshop proved very informative as it provided useful information to the students.
