A rubber mannequin was used to demonstrate the CPR ( Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) method. The students were also shown the protocol to be followed in the case of a person choking or collapsing.
The session was an interactive one where students were co opted to demonstrate CPR to reinforce the right protocol. They were given first-aid booklets containing information on how to handle minor and major medical emergencies.
It was an informative and empowering experience as students imbibed lessons on being emergency ready at all times.
