Dear Parents,

Subject: Continuation with activity-based learning during vacations

Given the COVID-19 pandemic condition, the Directorate of Education(DOE) vide circular no. DE23(3)Sch.Br./2021-22/238 dated 19/04/2021 advanced the summer vacation for the government, Government Aided, including private unaided recognised schools of Delhi.

However, circular No.F.No. PS/ADE/PSB/2021/1665 -1670dated 21/04/2021 states that the schools may conduct vacation-related specific activities, remedial classes, and other activities for creativity, happiness, and overall social and emotional well-being, to complement the general growth of students.

The well-being of our students is the need of the hour! Extraordinary times involve extraordinary measures. In these challenging times, it's of paramount importance to keep the students involved in a routine to offer them a semblance of normalcy.

Last year, with your help, we were able to bridge over rough times. In the face of the ongoing uncertainties, we seek your partnership, to help continue the teaching-learning process. We aim to help our learners become resilient citizenry who thrive despite the challenges.

Let us think out of the box and permit creativity to take over the teaching-learning process.

We, at the school, have planned fun-filled activity-based learning to keep the students motivated, enthusiastic, and engaged constructively upto 30th of April. We wish to highlight that participation in these activities is not compulsory. Even so, those interested in attending these invigorating sessions are most welcome.
