Dear Parents, Winter Excursions from School. We are happy to announce excursions to Bandhavgarh (Classes VI to VIII), and Kanha National Park (Classes IX to XI), during the winter holidays. The dates, cost and other details are attached for your convenience. Please note that only 60 students per group can be accommodated as per the railway reservation policy and enrolment shall be strictly on a first-come- first basis. No requests can be entertained after the due date, which is 3 November. If interested, you may send in your cheque in favour of COX & KINGS LTD to School. A penalty of Rs 1000 will be charged in cases of dishonoured cheques. Please fill in the consent form given below and submit it along with the cheque. Cost Per Student on four sharing basis: Rs 13,000/Per student

Please note: To get confirmed reservations in train the name list of students and teachers must be provided 60 days prior to the date of departure.

The rate includes:

• Accommodation for two nights stay at Bandhavgarh
• Train tickets from Delhi - Umaria Delhi by 3rd A/C class
• All meals as specified in the itinerary
• Mineral water enroute travel only
• Sightseeing, excursion as specified in the itinerary by Small Vehicle
• Two jungle safari at Bandhavgarh National Park.
• All entrance activities mentioned in the Itinerary
• One teacher on FOC basis for every 10 paying students on Triple sharing
• Travel Insurance(accidental death insurance) of Rs.100,000/- for Teachers & Students
• Services of accompanying Cox & Kings Tour manager
• All taxes as applicable on date

Price does not include:

• Any increase in the govt taxes leading to an increase in the surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure and or escalation of taxes as are applicable
• Expenses and services of a personal nature telephone calls not specified in hotel, room service, non alcoholic beverages, laundry and porterage

Notes:

• The rail/air fare would vary as per the current fare applicable at the time of travel.
• The above rates are based on minimum 30 students and in multiples thereof.

Payment Schedule:

• 100% of the tour cost shall be given on the acceptance and confirmation of all the services and signing of the confirmation letter

Terms & Conditions: 1. Tour is based on a minimum 30 students and 3 teachers traveling together on the same itinerary. 2. Incase of any fuel hike, implementation of road tax or any other taxes resulting a hike in rates by the transporter, we would then advise you the amended supplement cost to be payable by you 3. The rates mentioned above are valid till January 2015 4. These rates are applicable only for the hotel mentioned in the cost 5. Remittance of payment will be as per the schedule given

Amendment: Amendment in services after the same has been confirmed by the respective suppliers, will attract an amendment charge, should the same be levied by the supplier

Cancellation: If the client cancels the tour for what so ever reason, the cancellation must be intimated in writing.

When a cancellation is made clear 21 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the tour Cancellation amount = 50% of the total tour cost

No shows and cancellation is made less than clear 10 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour = 100% of the total tour cost.

In case of postponement of the tour, the cancellation charges will be applicable as per actual cancellations levied by the suppliers and ground operators. A fresh quote, depending upon the new travel dates will be submitted. Payments received from the corporate will be adjusted against future travel after adjusting the cancellation charges.

Refunds: For any amendment or cancellation in the services, refunds, if any, due after adjustment of such amendments/cancellations will be paid to the corporate within 15 days from the date of amendment/cancellation. Refunds on account of airline amendments/cancellation, after adjusting the amendment/cancellation charges/fees will take a minimum 60 days to process, as this is the time frame taken by them.

Day 01: New Delhi Jabalpur (by train) 12191 NDLS JBP SUP EX 14:05 / 07:15 hrs (Operates on all days)

• Assemble at New Delhi rly stn. at sharp 13:00 hrs to board NDLS JBP SUP EX to Jabalpur at 14:05 hrs
• Opening address by Cox and Kings Tour leader for Familiarization
• Overnight on board the train (D-train)

Day 02: In Jabalpur

• Arrival Jabalpur at 07:15 hrs & transfer to the hotel
• On arrival check-into the hotel followed by breakfast
• Lunch at hotel
• After lunch proceed for a half day sight seeing visiting Dhuandhar falls & then to Bhedaghat to enjoy boat ride (optional) in the river Narmada & can see white marble rock on either side of the river
• Evening tea at Bhedaghat

Day 03: Jabalpur Kanha (by coach) 169 kms, 4 hrs drive

• After an early breakfast check out and depart for Kanha
• Arrive Kanha and check into the hotel

Day 04: In Kanha

• Enjoy jeep safari
• After breakfast proceed for a nature walk in the surrounding areas with the naturalist
• Lunch at hotel
• Evening Watch a documentry film/Slide show on Wildlife in Kanha
• Dinner and overnight at hotel (B, L, D)

Day 05: Kanha Jabalpur (by coach) 169 kms, 4 hrs drive Jabalpur Delhi by 12121 MP SMPRK KRNTI 19:10 / 09:05 (Operates on Wednesday, Friday, Sunday)

• Breakfast
• After Lunch check-out & leave for Jabalpur railway st.
• Board MP SMPRK KRNTI for Delhi at 19:10
• Overnight on board (B, L,D- train)

Day 06: Arrive Delhi

• Arrive Delhi at 09:05 hrs
• Your Madhya Pradesh tour concludes on arrival at H Nizamuddin Rly Stn. (B-train)
