Annual Adventure Camp for Classes III -V
On 16 March 2026, the School hosted the annual Adventure Camp for the students of Classes III to V at the School Eco Park. The camp aimed to provide students with engaging outdoor experiences while promoting teamwork, confidence, and a spirit of adventure in a natural environment. A total of 121 students, accompanied by 9 teachers, set out enthusiastically from the school campus. Refreshments were provided during the journey to the campsite.
On arrival, the excitement among the students was evident as they eagerly prepared to participate in the various adventure activities organised by trained professionals. The students thoroughly enjoyed the zip line, experiencing the thrill of gliding swiftly across the course. Artificial wall climbing encouraged them to test their strength and determination. Navigating the Burma Bridge demanded balance and courage, which the students tackled with great enthusiasm. The commando net and Double Trouble activities promoted teamwork as the students helped and motivated one another.
During rope climbing, the students eagerly challenged themselves to climb higher. The rope ladder and spider web activities tested their coordination and problem-solving skills. During the net crawling and tire crossing exercises, the students proceeded with laughter, meticulously navigating the obstacles.
The Zorb Roller ride was a favourite among the children as they rolled inside the giant inflatable ball. Jumping on the trampoline and playing in the bouncy house added to the fun and excitement of the day. At the Archery and Dart Board stations, the students eagerly tried their aim and enjoyed friendly competition.
The energetic tug of war activity encouraged teamwork and enthusiasm among the participants. The obstacle and rope courses fostered confidence and perseverance in the students. Tele games, including ball and water collection and hoopla, created a lively and cheerful atmosphere. Another round of tug of war, including pipe and marble activities, added to the enjoyment. The magic show enthralled the students, leaving them utterly amazed. Following the thrilling activities, a delectable meal was served and relished by students and teachers alike.
The camp aligned well with the School’s focus on experiential learning, providing students with valuable opportunities to develop confidence, cooperation, and appreciation for nature. As the students returned to school, their cheerful conversations reflected the memorable and enriching experience of the adventure camp.
