Citizenship Programme initiative teaching basket ball at MCD school

In May, 2023, a peer teaching initiative was conducted by School, as part of the Citizenship Programme. Nehal Sharma, Hanaan Hussain, and Maryam Rehman, students of class XI, visited the MCD school in Andrews Ganj, accompanied by their Physical Education teacher, Ms Tanuja Bisht.

The students donned the role of peer teachers as they engaged the young learners of class IV in a well-explained introduction to basketball. They displayed finesse as they dexterously taught and demonstrated various skills involved in the game.

It is expected that this approach will facilitate and enhance student learning experiences. Our students posed challenging questions, and the listeners answered them with ease, making the session a great learning experience for everyone involved.
