Spotfix by the citizenship program at Defence colony market
On 8th June 2016, the Citizenship Programme, in collaboration with the citizen- volunteers’ group, New Delhi Rising undertook a SPOT FIX in the Defence Colony Market. Our young volunteers this time were Saksham, Anchal, Saumya and Simran accompanied by Ms. Sandhya Batheja.

Our mission is to reclaim public spaces and ensure that the transformations are sustainable. Therefore, after almost a year we went back to a previously ‘ spotfixed’ area to clean up and throw on a fresh coat of paint. The market footpaths and walls now sport a spanking new look.
