In continuation with the festivities and keeping up with the spirit of Christmas, the students of class ID conducted a special assembly on Wednesday, 19 December 2018 in the School auditorium. The object of the assembly was to invoke the message of sharing and compassion associated with Christmas.
The assembly commenced with a welcome address and a brief introduction by a young student-anchor. A skit based upon the nativity scene was enacted with narrations by some of the children and inserted with a music score. The children spoke lines to explain the aspects of the festival and how it is celebrated. The origins of Santa partucularly caught the attention of the young children!

Next followed Christmas carols sung by the ass choir. The energetic entry of a dancing Santa accompanied by a group of dancers with pom poms drew the audience to clap along making for a heady Christmas mood. The excited children squealed in sheer delight!
It was a fun filled morning which taught in a spirit of fun.
