We are extremely happy to be notified that we have been granted permission for yet another opportunity to teach good cItizenship at the nearby MCD school. In anticipation of this, our ShramDaan Project has invested in a portable TV to play educational videos and movies for the children we visit.
[gallery link="file"]On 1 August, 2019, Ms Sandhya Batheja and 8 students, Nakul Chaddha 9D, Divyansh Rajoria 8D, Kirtida 8E, Avantika 8D, Mannat Suri 8E, Mannsi Aggarwal 8e, Raghav 8E visited the MCD school to present a nukkad natak on the importance of Cleanliness and Recycling. The students assembled in a circle in the School playground and thoroughly enjoyed the Nukkad Natak performed by the students of The Indian School. ( A repeat of the same Nukkad Natak was performed outside The Indian School gates on Friday, 12th July for the benefit of parents who come to pick their children.) The MCD school chiildren also saw a video on Cleanliness on the new TV and did some worksheets on the same.
