Upon arrival at Amrit Udyan, we made our way to the Central Lawn, the Long Garden and the Circular Garden. The breathtaking beauty of the flowers including the exotic tulips, painted the landscape with vibrant hues not only captivated the young onlookers but also filled the air with their delightful fragrance.

After walking though Amrit Udyan, we  proceeded to the Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum, where we were mesmerised by its grandeur. The museum, known for its vast collection of artefacts, historical documents, and digital exhibits, provided a unique glimpse into India’s rich past. The students explored the different museum sections which hosted exhibits from the president’s residence, Indian political history, and important national events.

The students were introduced to earned the history and evolution of Rashtrapati Bhavan, appreciated the museum’s use of technology, admired its intricate architecture, and developed a greater sense of civic awareness and patriotism.

The interactive displays and informative presentations helped students understand the roles and responsibilities of the President of India. The teachers facilitated discussions and encouraged students to ask questions, making the visit educational and entertaining.

After an enlightening and memorable experience, the students boarded the buses for the return journey. The teachers conducted a brief reflection session on the bus ride, where students shared their favourite moments and key takeaways from the excursion.

The trip was a resounding success. It enhanced knowledge and sparked new curiosity and appreciation for India’s rich heritage and biodiversity.
