Classes 3, 4 and 5 enjoy the cinema

137 students of class V, 151 students of class 4 and 161 of class 3 accompanied by their class teachers went on an excursion, to watch the movie Ram Setu' on 31 October, 1 and 2 November, 2022. The movie is based on archaeological and scientific research about a chain of natural limestone shoals, between Pamban Island, ( also known as Rameswaram Island, off the south-eastern coast of Tamil Nadu) and Mannar Island, ( off the north-western coast of Sri Lanka). The movie is an attempt to ingrain in the young generation, pride in our rich heritage and culture which has survived many invasions. The experience of an outing with peers was a great treat for the children. All of them came back in thrill and had a plethora of stories and fun experiences to share with their peers. They look forward to more such excursions!
