Students of our School participated in an inter school competition - 'CONNECT 2017' on 18th November,. This annual event was organised by Mater Dei School in the memory of their founder, 'Blessed Mary of the Passion'.
The competition was divided in three events. These were Rangoli Making, Nukkad Natak and Declamation. The event commenced with students of the host school singing the school prayer, followed by Principal, Sr. Stella Joseph formally welcoming the judges.

The Declamation competition was organised in the school auditorium for which the topic was 'India of my Dreams'. Ananya Rao of class XI very confidently spoke her views on this topic. The Rangoli competition was organised in the school corridors and the participants were required to use eco-friendly material. Their theme was 'Peace and Harmony'. Jasleen Bajaj of class VI and Khyati Badhan of class VII participated in this competition. They received an appreciation certificate and a trophy for their entry.
The theme for the nukkad natak was 'Women's Empowerment'. 8 students of class IX participated in this event. These were Sarthak Singh, Vidit Sharma, Anika Malhotra, Raghavendra. S. Gulia, Arya Khanna, Vedanshi Sagar, Aryan Singh and Khushi Wadhwani.
Refreshments were served to all present. It was a very good learning experience and all participants were applauded for their efforts.
