Economics

An Economics' workshop was conducted on 17 August 2017 at our School for classes 11 and 12 ( Humanities) by Dr. Munish Alagh, economist and author. It sought to clarify the thrust of the subject to those tempted to make it their choice of higher study. Dr. Alagh explained concepts of micro and macro economics which are observed in our daily lives. He drew parallels between the content written in our textbooks with situations that we face in the real world. There was an interactive session on the above as well as market fluctuations and the budget. The hour long workshop was extremely informative. Mallika Mukim, XI-C.
