Honour at inter school tech fest

G.D.Goenka School held Travel in Time 2023,an inter school tech fest, on 21 July 2023.The event comprised several technology- based competitions for the students of classes VIXII. 25 schools from across Delhi- NCR participated in the event.

Our students participated in the following events-

* Photostory- Aryan Sehgal of class VIIB composed a short animated story based onAI time travel.

* Appify- Aarav BansalandAyaan Ahmed of class IXE created an app on the theme Technology- a Helping Hand for Society.

* Chatbot- Shaurya Fulfagar of class IXC created a chatbot on the topic Environment.

* Tech Talk- Sejal Gupta of class XIIA submitted her video on Chat GPT - A Tool for Students. Shrqualified for the prelims.

*Valorant-Aarush Roy and Rishabh of class XID, Kushaal Bansal of class XIC, and Atiksh and Harshil Jain of class XIBparticipatedin the online gaming event, in which their team qualified all the rounds to the semi- finals.

* Boxed In-Pranya Sadh of XIID and Ananya of class IXC participated in this online movie making event. whose theme was Timeless Trove and were named the winners of the Second Prize.

* Timeless Odyssey- Disha Verma of class IXC composed a podcast on the topic The Butterfly Effect in mp3 format.

* Innophoria-Startup Pitching- Manya Arora, Mannat Suri,Kirtida Aggarwal and Pavani Agarwal of class XIIC participated in this event in which they were required to submit a unique business idea along with the challenges involved, with solutions.

* The Devil's Advocate- Shamit Sharmaof class XIIC participated in the turncoat debate category and qualified the prelim round. The topic for the debate was Peer Pressure is a Necessary Evil.

* Advertizer Video Editing- Aarush Mahajan of class XIA and Chinmay Mishra of class XIIA submitted a teaser for a given music album.

The students participated in each of the events with zeal. The competition provided a great opportunity for students to demonstrate technological brilliance and showcase their talent in the field of emerging technologies. It was indeed an enriching experience for all.
