Our School was invited to participate in "Mission Xl Million Football Festival" at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium on 19 August, 2017, for the U-17 FIFA World Cup 2017.

These students took part in various drills which involved players from other schools of Delhi/NCR. There were around 1000 participants in all. These drills were designed to test the players football skills and fitness along with agility, stamina, speed, strength and accuracy.
Of the 1000 players, the selection committee shortlisted 8 players to be Flag Bearers during the U-17 FIFA World Cup 2017.
We are delighted that our student Rishit (9-C) got selected as one of the 8 flag bearers!
All players were awarded certificates, bags, water bottles, watches and whistles.
The whole experience was an enriching one.
