On the 19th November 2018, a Scrabble workshop was held at our School. This was organized by the Scrabble Association of Delhi The participants were a select group of students from different sections of class 8. It was a one-hour workshop from 8:30 to 9:30 am. Students played the game one on one. The organisers handed each participant a booklet containing the rules and regulations of Scrabble along with a list of two-letter words from Collins Dictionary, and a score sheet at the back. Both players at each board had to keep the score.
[gallery link="file" order="DESC"]The organisers kept up the competitive pitch by rewarding students who were the first ones to build words with the letters Q and Z. At the end of the workshop, students with the highest scores were awarded three chocolates each and a round of applause for their commendable efforts.
