Special assembly on Christmas by Pre primary
On 22nd December, 2017 the young students of the Pre Primary Merak presented a special assembly on Christmas in the School auditorium. The theme of the assembly was True meaning of Christmas'.
The children recreated the nativity scene with cinematic ardor, using audio visual songs and video clips. The audience watched in awe as their peers presented the story of the birth of Jesus.

The performance sought to teach that Christmas is not just about Santa, gifts, a feast, carnival and decorations. It is about the everlasting values of sharing and compassion for each other.
This nativity play was followed by a group dance set to Jingle Bells and the enthusiastic audience too joined in to clap and to tap their feet! Even as the assembly swung in cheer and festivity, Santa suddenly made a grand entry and the children squealed in pure delight!
Ms Ritu Singh, Head Teacher, Pre primary then addressed the children, appreciating their effort and reiterating the message of Christmas.
