After the release of the book, 'Chattisgarh: Past, Present and Future', we had the opportunity to hear the ambassadors of Poland, Austria, the Czech Republic and Kazakhstan speak extensively about their countries' policies of extending and strengthening educational ties with India. While the Polish ambassador expressed his delight about India keeping its traditions alive even as she modernised, the Austrian ambassador reiterated that it was the common goal of both countries to spread knowledge.
The Hon'ble Governor congratulated the awardees. He said the need of the hour was to seek out the inner self and rise above material well being. We must aspire to achieve a collective well being on the mother Rarth, he said. Our school team was handed the award by H.E. Ambassador of Poland and Kazakhstan.
It was truly a moment of great pride for all of us! Our strong belief in the values of our very own 'Citizenship' programme is reinforced through our participation at school fora such these. Our cleanliness campaign at Defence Colony, social enterprise 'Shramdaan', march against pollution on the BRT corridor, adoption of the Ferozeshah Tughlaq tomb, etc are the hallmarks of our commitments to our community.
