On 6 February 2019, The Indian School organised a workshop for students of classes 1 to 4 on the importance of eating a healthy breakfast. The workshop was divided into two sessions. Each session was attended by almost 400 students and 12 teachers. The first session addressed the little ones of classes 1 and 2. In the second session, the children of classes 3 and 4 were told about the multiple aspects of nutrition and how nutrients provide energy and minerals for cell development, growth and repair.
