Connect between School & Alumni
Alumni help us organize a computer competition involved by Eon. It draws as many as 30 top schools in Delhi every year.
Alumni help us to organize events in school, like the Model United Nations, Technofest etc.
They also come to sing and dance on Alumni day over Navaratri before Diwali.
As an Indian School alumnus, you are a part of a warm and vibrant community. Whether you live in Delhi, another part of the country, or abroad, you serve as key ambassadors and advocates for your school. You are students for 14 years and alumni for the rest of your lives, yet it is these years on campus that form the foundation of your lifelong relationship with school and your teachers. You have embarked on new adventures, journeying to newer horizons, greater heights, even as you carry in your heart beautiful memories of an era gone by. You came to us to get your fuel and then went on to burn that fuel in the community.
The place where you were nurtured, cared for and finally set sail as confident Indianites ready to take your rightful place in the world. Your relationship with school doesn’t stop there. It continues through the rest of the student/alumni life.
Using the onion ring metaphor, the school is like an onion, and at the core lies the alumni. Each ring of the onion has some relationship to the whole, and each ring represents the various parts of the school, all of which have an interest in a relationship with the alumni.
The importance of the relationship of the school to the alumni is a given. How that relationship develops is determined by components of the school. The closer to the center of the onion, the more intimate the relationship with the alumni.
We look upon you to actively engage, contribute and strengthen this bond of personal relationships. You represent the past of this great institution and the strength and vibrancy of its future.
A nourishing mother shows her off spring that she cares. We do. We are immensely proud of you and your achievements. Come and share your intellect and talent pool, stories of your trials and tribulations, your invaluable time and experiences of the working world and its expectations.
This portal is the bridge that will connect us to you-our alumni-living, studying and working across the globe. School is a common thread that binds us all.
Let us come together. Let us share. Let us grow.
We extend a hand of warmth, love and care to you. Come, embrace and help to keep this union alive, flourishing and fantastic fun!
Life brings tears, smiles and memories.
The tears dry, the smiles fade, but the memories linger on.
