A captivating puppet show
On February 28, Krutika Goyal of Pre School Capella and Vritika Goyal of Pre Primary Merak along with their teacher, Garima Bathla Bhasin attended the Ishara International Puppet Theatre Festival held at the Indian Habitat Centre. The children were also accompanied by their parents who enjoyed the enchanting puppet show.
The festival showcased an enchanting rendition of the timeless story, " The Monkey and the Crocodile" from the Panchatantra, performed by the experienced puppeteers of the beloved TV series Galli Galli Sim Sim (Sesame Street), created and directed by Manish Ram Sachdeva. The performance artfully fused classic narrative with a contemporary twist,musicc, and eye catching backdrops. The children were captivated by the vibrant puppets, catchy tunes, and the engaging interesting storyline. The puppeteers' adept handling of the puppets animated the characters, taking the audience to a realm of enchantment.
The programme's distinctive combination of classic and modern elements created a genuinely remarkable experience. The inclusion of amusical component provided
an additional layer of thrill, as the children tapped their feet and clapped to
the beat.
