Careers in Art -a workshop for graduating students
To cater to the interest of our Fine Arts' students, School organised an interactive workshop by Ms. Khurseed Nariman, noted sculptor, on 26th October 2016 in the School premises. The subject of the workshop was Unusual Careers in Art. It talked about possibilities of employment in the field.

Ms. Nariman briefed students about the wide range of courses available in the Bachelor of Fine Arts' programmes at Liberal Arts' colleges, in an eye-opener and highly motivating power point presentation. Students were exposed to some interesting art careers such as those of art historian, art critic, blogger, arts administrator, illustrator, photographer, art documentary filmmaker, apparel designer, architect, landscape designer, sculptor, art curator, cartoonist and animator, besides others. Students were also shown pictures of some famous pieces artworks from across the globe. They were fascinated when told their worth in monetary terms! Art can indeed be a great career option they concluded!
The talk was extremely informative, motivating and interactive. It motivated our graduating classes to seriously consider art as a career option.
