On 4th September, 2024, a group of 48 enthusiastic students of class 8 embarked on an educational excursion to the Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum, a venue that presents India's rich heritage and history through innovative storytelling. The day commenced with an informative orientation led by the tour guide, who provided an overview of the museum's unique features and what to expect during the visit.
The Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum is a world-class institution that weaves contextual stories around original collections, allowing visitors to experience the captivating story of Rashtrapati Bhavan in a dynamic format. The children were particularly fascinated by several highlights of the museum, such as a Mercedes car gifted to the late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. They were also intrigued by photographs of India's rich history presented on a digital platform and a 3D holographic projection featuring live virtual speeches by prominent Indian personalities. The personal belongings of all the 13 presidents of India provided a peek into their choices and lifestyles, further sparking the children's curiosity.
