Pre primary tales an excursion to the Indian Air Force Museum

On February 20, 2025, a group of 153 excited Pre Primary students, accompanied by 10 teachers and supporting staff, embarked on an extraordinary educational journey to the renowned Indian Air Force Museum at Palam. The purpose of this excursion was to introduce the young learners to the dynamic world of aviation, and to help them understand the invaluable role played by the Indian Air Force in ensuring the nation’s security and defence.

Arriving at the museum early in the morning, the children were filled with anticipation and curiosity. They were warmly welcomed by the museum staff, who guided them through the various fascinating sections of the museum. The staff expertly engaged the children, making the visit both informative and interactive, ensuring that each moment was enriching and enjoyable.

Key Highlights of the Visit:

Aircraft Display: One of the most thrilling aspects of the visit was the opportunity to observe real-life fighter jets, transport aircraft, and helicopters  from close. The children were in awe of the sheer size and intricate design of these advanced machines, which sparked their imaginations and ignited a sense of wonder. The excitement was palpable as the children marvelled at the precision and engineering of these aircraft, with many eager to learn more about their functions.

Interactive Learning: Teachers played a pivotal role in fostering a learning environment where the children were encouraged to ask questions and express their thoughts freely.
