Special assembly on Safety Rules by Pre school Capella

Be smart, be safe — because every careful step makes the world a happier place!

With this thoughtful message echoing through the morning air, the tiny tots of Pre School Capella presented a heartwarming assembly on Safety Rules on Friday, 7 November 2025. The event was a delightful blend of learning, confidence, and cheerful participation — a memorable occasion that marked the first-ever stage experience for many of our budding stars! Every child had a role to play, ensuring that the morning sparkled with enthusiasm, teamwork, and the joy of shared learning.

The programme commenced with Ridiit Batra, who extended a warm welcome to the audience and emphasised why following safety rules is essential for our everyday well-being. This was followed by an engaging role play where the children enacted a lively road scene — complete with vehicles, pedestrians, and a vigilant traffic policeman! When a car jumped the red light, the policeman stepped in to explain the importance of obeying traffic signals. The act concluded with a collective pledge to follow road safety rules, leaving the audience with a valuable reminder of responsibility and discipline. road signs

Next, another enthusiastic group of children stepped forward to display and explain various such as School Ahead, No Parking, No Honking, Men at Work, and Zebra Crossing. Their confident explanations and expressive gestures kept everyone glued to the performance. The young presenters also shared smart safety reminders — such as avoiding mobile phone use while walking or driving and never playing on the road — helping to reinforce the message with clarity and charm.

The highlight that followed was a musical treat! The little Indianites sang the ever-popular rhyme, “Red light, red light, what do you say?” Their cheerful voices and rhythmic claps filled the hall with energy and smiles, and soon, the audience couldn’t help but join in the fun, making it a truly interactive and joyful moment.

Adding a touch of drama and awareness, Kashvi and Ridiit then presented a thoughtful skit titled “Stranger is a Danger.” The short play depicted a stranger attempting to lure children with sweets and toys, but the little ones cleverly resisted and ran to safety. The act carried a powerful message — reminding everyone to stay cautious and never trust strangers.

The assembly reached its most vibrant moment with a high-spirited dance performance to the tune of “Hokey Pokey.” The children danced their hearts out, mimicking the fun actions with boundless enthusiasm, spreading laughter, and filling the space with pure joy.

Before concluding, the teachers conducted a lively Question-and-Answer round, featuring questions like “Should we talk to strangers?”, “Is it safe to use a mobile phone on the road?”, and “Where should we cross the road from?” The children’s eager participation and correct answers earned them stars and smiley stickers, bringing beaming smiles to their faces.

In essence, the Safety Rules' assembly by Pre School Capella was not just an event — it was a joyful learning experience that combined fun, creativity, and valuable life lessons. Through songs, role plays, and interactive moments, the young learners truly proved that “Safety isn’t just taught — it’s lived and practiced every day!”
